Overview

The American Racing Headers mid-length system is a set of headers designed for C7, C7 Z06, and C7 ZR1 Corvettes with a 6.2L V8 engine from 2014-2019. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges and hand-ported TIG welded inlets. This kit allows for a direct bolt-in installation and can reuse the secondary set of factory catalytic converters.

The American Racing Headers C7 Mid-Length System is engineered for C7, C7 Z06, and C7 ZR1 Corvettes with the 6.2L V8 engine, model years 2014-2019. Constructed from 100% USA-sourced 304 stainless steel, this system features 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a warp-free seal and hand-ported TIG welded inlets. The optimized primary tube routing ensures superior fit and performance. This mid-length kit is designed to improve performance while aiming to eliminate the possibility of an engine light without requiring a tune, particularly when equipped with the optional 400-cell G-Sport catalytic converters. It allows for the reuse of the secondary set of factory catalytic converters, offering a more emissions-friendly option. The system is a direct bolt-in, with installation expected to be quick and easy, utilizing Grade 8 hardware and Flat Out Racing gaskets. American Racing Headers proudly builds all systems in the USA. Please note that all ARH products are exclusively manufactured for racing purposes. Installing these products on any vehicle may eliminate its legal use on public roads and highways, and could be subject to fines or criminal liability as per the Clean Air Act.
