6.4 FORD STANDARD LONG BLOCK 08-10 3000 Core Charge Applies plus 500 Crate charge

The DFC Diesel Remanufactured Long Block Crate Engine is designed to replace the blown engine in 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke trucks with Manual Transmission. These engines are remanufactured to strict guidelines, with improvements to maintain high performance, durability, and reliability. They are constructed using advanced Rottler machining equipment for tighter-than-factory tolerances. DFC engines feature near-identical weight piston and connecting rod assemblies for smoother operation. This remanufactured long block includes new pistons, rings, bearings, and seals. The 6.4L Powerstroke Long Block comes standard with O-ringed cylinder heads, new cast valve guides, and new MAHLE or SBI valves. Cylinder heads are machined to remove factory hardened seat material, and new SBI valve seats are installed to prevent premature cracking. It includes the complete long block with cylinder heads, all rockers and pushrods installed, and a complete top end gasket kit for installation. Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System facility.
