6.4L 392ci HEMI Crate Engine

The Mopar 6.4L 392ci HEMI Crate Engine (SKU 68303090AC) offers a significant performance upgrade with its SRT 6.4L HEMI® designation. This complete engine assembly is engineered to produce 485 horsepower and 475 lb.-ft. of torque at the crank, requiring premium fuel (91+ octane) for optimal performance and to prevent detonation due to its 10.9:1 compression ratio. The engine features a robust cast iron block with 4-bolt powder metal caps and a forged steel crankshaft. It includes Apache architecture aluminum cylinder heads with hemispherical chambers. Key included components are a water pump, flywheel and clutch, front sump oil pan, intake manifold with throttle body, fuel injectors, and coil packs. Notably, exhaust manifolds are not included in this assembly. This specific model is the manual transmission version of the 392 HEMI and is not equipped with the Multiple Displacement System (MDS). While it is a complete engine assembly, potential modifications may be required for certain Ram truck or other applications. It is not a direct replacement for all factory-equipped 5.7L or 6.4L vehicles, and the installer is solely responsible for any necessary modifications. Mopar offers a 3-year/100,000-mile warranty when this crate engine is purchased with a Mopar Hemi Engine Controller kit (P/N: 77072451AG or 77072454AI) on the same invoice. Without the controller kit, the warranty is 90 days (parts only).
