This system comes with all necessary hardware, wiring, and jetting for 50, 100, 150, and 200 HP levels, while maintaining the capability to flow up to 400 HP with additional jetting. It includes a wide open throttle (WOT) switch for safety and is E85 compatible.

The Nitrous Outlet 85mm 6.4L Hemi Hardline Plate System offers a tuner-friendly, vehicle-specific solution for adding significant power to 6.4L Hemi engines. By utilizing a billet aluminum injection plate that sits between the throttle body and the intake, the system provides precise delivery of nitrous and fuel directly into the intake stream. With six dedicated discharge ports, it achieves superior atomization for consistent power gains across all cylinders. Technically robust, this kit is capable of flowing up to 400 HP with proper jetting, though it ships ready for 50-200 HP outputs. It includes a 10lb nitrous bottle, pre-bent hardlines, application-specific solenoid brackets, and a wide open throttle (WOT) switch to ensure activation occurs only at full power. E85 compatibility is supported, provided the correct jetting is selected. Mechanical expertise or professional installation is required for this system, which has an estimated install time of three hours. This product is engineered specifically for vehicles with 6.4L Hemi engines and 85mm throttle bodies, including various Challenger, Charger, and Jeep SRT-8 configurations.
