6.4L HEMI Crate Engine

The SRT 6.4L HEMI Crate Engine represents a significant upgrade for performance enthusiasts. This complete engine assembly delivers an impressive 485 horsepower and 475 lb.-ft. of torque, offering a substantial increase in power. This engine includes essential components such as a water pump, flywheel and clutch assembly, a front sump oil pan, an intake manifold with a throttle body, fuel injectors, and coil packs, providing a comprehensive solution. Please note that exhaust manifolds are not included with this crate engine. Specifically designed for manual transmissions, this 392ci HEMI engine does not feature the Multiple Displacement System (MDS) found in some factory applications, which can switch between 4 and 8-cylinder modes. The engine block is constructed from durable cast iron and features 4-bolt powder metal caps. The cylinder heads are aluminum with a hemispherical chamber designed with Apache architecture. This engine is not a direct replacement for all factory-equipped 5.7L or 6.4L vehicles. Ram trucks or other applications may require modifications. The knowledge and execution of any necessary modifications are solely the responsibility of the installer. To achieve the noted power levels, a customer must purchase the crate engine with an engine controller kit (P/N: 77072451AG or 77072454AI), and premium fuel (91+ octane) is recommended for optimal performance and to prevent detonation due to the 10.9:1 compression ratio.
