The Focal PS165FX is a 6.5" 2-way component speaker kit. It features a flax cone woofer for neutral sound and a processed aluminum/magnesium inverted dome tweeter for smoothness and definition. The kit includes a separate bi-amp crossover with adjustable tweeter level.

The Focal PS165FX is a 6.5-inch, 2-way component speaker system designed to deliver a neutral sound with enhanced dynamics and natural reproduction. The woofer utilizes a unique, patented flax cone, hung by a reliable butyl surround, offering very low deep bass and excellent dispersion thanks to its central phase plug. This component kit boasts high power handling with a nominal power of 80W and a maximum of 160W. It features a sophisticated bi-amp crossover with adjustable tweeter levels (0 or -3dB/Oct) and a crossover slope of 12-18dB/Oct, allowing for precise tuning of your audio system. The speakers are made in France and offer a new design that embodies Focal's signature sound. Installation in modern vehicles can be complex, often requiring specific brackets, wiring harnesses, and mounting solutions.
