The Rockford Fosgate TMS14-65 represents the next generation of on-bike audio, engineered as a 6.5-inch, 2-way Element Ready speaker system specifically for 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson touring motorcycles. This system provides a direct drop-in fit for factory mounting locations and includes model-specific grilles for Road Glide, Street Glide fairings, and Tour-Pak applications, ensuring a seamless upgrade. They feature long-throw woofers for high output and an extended low-end response, delivering a powerful yet balanced sound profile. The design incorporates a large voice coil and an extended frequency range, enhancing bass output for louder, more dynamic audio. With an RMS power handling of 150 watts and a maximum of 300 watts, the speakers include a heat-resistant motor structure and radiator ring for efficient heat dissipation and consistent performance. Key technological advancements include a Curvilinear poly cone with carbon-fill for stiffness and damping, a Santoprene VAST surround to resist dry rot, and a breathable Poly-Nomex spider for moisture and wear resistance.
