The Rockford Fosgate P1653 Punch Series speaker is engineered to provide a significant audio upgrade over factory-installed sound systems. Designed for enthusiasts seeking enhanced sound quality, this 3-way full-range speaker offers a 60-watt RMS power handling capacity and a 120-watt maximum power handling. Constructed with a mineral-filled and polypropylene injection-molded cone, a butyl rubber surround, and a PEI dome tweeter, the P1653 is built for durability and clear sound reproduction. Its Flex Fit™ basket design ensures compatibility with a wide range of factory speaker locations, simplifying installation. The Integrated Concealed Crossover (ICC) eliminates the need for separate external crossover boxes, contributing to a cleaner install. Included with the P1653 are speaker grilles and all necessary mounting hardware. Additionally, the package comes with adapter plates for 5"x7" and 6"x9" openings, further increasing its versatility and ease of fitment into different vehicle setups. The speaker operates at a 4-Ohm nominal impedance and boasts a frequency response of 60Hz to 24kHz with a sensitivity of 89dB.
