The Rockford Fosgate PPS4-6 Punch Pro is a 6.5-inch midrange loudspeaker engineered for high Sound Pressure Level (SPL) conditions. It is designed with an oversized motor structure and a high-temperature aluminum voice coil, complemented by a fiber-reinforced paper cone and a corrugated treated cloth surround. These components create a foundation for a highly sensitive speaker that can handle significant power, delivering loud and clear sound. Key features include a stamp-cast aluminum frame for durability, a fatigue-resistant poly-cotton spider, and periodic-stitched lead wires. The speaker comes with a billet stock machined aluminum phase plug for improved sound reproduction. It has a 4-ohm impedance, 100 Watts RMS power handling (200 Watts Max), and a frequency response of 85Hz to 5kHz, with a sensitivity of 92.5 dB. The mounting depth is 2.24 inches. Included with the PPS4-6 are protective grilles and mounting hardware, making installation more straightforward. This speaker is sold individually. It is CTA-2031 compliant, ensuring power handling meets industry standards, and is Klippel verified for optimal performance.
