The PowerBass OE65C-TY is an OEM replacement component speaker system for most Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles. This 6.5-inch system features an injection-molded polypropylene woofer cone and a separate 1-inch titanium dome tweeter to improve factory audio sound quality.

It is rated for 60 watts RMS and 120 watts peak power handling.

The PowerBass OE65C-TY is an OEM replacement component speaker system engineered to upgrade the factory audio in most Lexus, Scion, and Toyota cars, trucks, and SUVs. By replacing standard factory speakers with this component system, users can achieve enhanced sound clarity and depth. The system features an injection-molded polypropylene woofer cone paired with a separate 1-inch titanium dome tweeter for balanced audio performance across a 70 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range. Built for seamless integration, this system includes nylon OEM speaker adapters and factory-style plug-and-play wiring harnesses to simplify the installation process. Each unit features a 10 oz magnet and a 1-inch voice coil, with a mounting depth of 1.6 inches. The system maintains a 4-ohm nominal impedance and 88 dB sensitivity. Compatibility note: Some vehicles are not equipped with an OEM component system, in which case the OE-652-TY model should be used. While the kit covers a wide range of applications, PowerBass recommends that a certified installer verifies the specific speaker size in your vehicle before purchase, as fitment may vary across different models.
