The PowerBass S-6502 is a 6.5-inch, 2-way full-range coaxial speaker system engineered as an OEM drop-in replacement, offering a significant audio upgrade for your vehicle. Its construction includes a proprietary 2-layer paper cone treated with DDC (Dynamic Damping Coating) to produce smooth, rich bass and accurate midrange frequencies. Complementing the cone is a 0.75-inch pure silk dome tweeter, similar to those found in high-end home audio systems, ensuring a complete hi-fi listening experience. This speaker system boasts a 10 oz motor structure and a rigid tooled basket with a flat black finish. It features a double-pressed treated foam surround and a shallow mounting depth, facilitating installation in various applications. The SEL (Sound Expander Lens) tweeter ring further enhances sound dispersion.
