Overview

The Pro Comp K4016B is a 6.5-inch suspension lift kit designed for 1999-2004 Ford F250 and F350 models manufactured after April 1999. This kit provides a 6.5-inch lift using front leaf springs and rear springs with U-bolts. It includes front sway bar spacers, bump stops, and a Pitman arm for steering correction.

The kit comes complete with front and rear ES9000 shocks. It supports a maximum tire size of 37 inches by 13.5 inches and is compatible with 16 to 20-inch wheels that are 8 to 10 inches wide, with a backspace range of 4 to 5 inches.

The Pro Comp K4016B Stage I Lift Kit is engineered to provide a 6.5-inch lift for 1999-2004 Ford F250 and F350 trucks manufactured from April 1999 onward. This comprehensive kit utilizes heavy-duty front and rear leaf springs, along with U-bolts, to achieve the desired lift height. It also includes essential components such as front sway bar spacers and bump stops to ensure proper suspension function and ride quality. To maintain precise control and address steering geometry changes associated with lifting, the kit features a Pitman arm for steering correction. The package is completed with Pro Comp's ES9000 shocks, designed to work with the lifted suspension and provide a compliant ride. The kit allows for the fitment of large tires, with a maximum recommended size of 37" x 13.5", and accommodates wheel sizes from 16" to 20" with a width of 8" to 10". The backspace requirement for wheels ranges from 4" to 5". According to installation instructions, front suspension and headlight realignment are necessary after installation. Furthermore, speedometer and ABS recalibration may be required. While the kit is designed for 4WD models, it has not been tested for 2WD applications.
