DFC Diesel Rebuilders offers high-quality re-manufactured 2006-2007 6.6L LBZ Duramax diesel engines, backed by a 5-year 160,000km warranty. These engines are known for their power, reliability, and rugged performance, featuring a thicker engine block casting, stronger connecting rods, and a higher-pressure common-rail fuel system. All engines are re-manufactured to factory specs using new industry-recognized name-brand parts. The block is professionally machined and bored, and new OEM or equivalent pistons, rings, and gaskets are used. Cylinder heads have new seats, guides, valves, and stem seals, and are resurfaced and magnafluxed. All remanufactured engines are serviced with Rottler CNC machining.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and international orders carry surcharges — most appear at checkout.
