A DFC Diesel Remanufactured 6.6 LMM Long Block Crate Engine is a cost-effective option for replacing the engine in 2007.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LMM vehicles. This engine is built for dependability and durability, with improvements for longevity in high horsepower applications. Key features include an upgraded EDM oil pump shaft with a hardened dowel, new cast valve guides, and new MAHLE or SBI valves. It incorporates a Callies Compstar-Durastar crankshaft made from hardened 4340 steel with a 3.898" stroke, featuring a Deep DuraCase nitride treatment. The engine is professionally machined using Rottler equipment to exceed OEM tolerances and is manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System facility. It includes a complete short block, front and rear covers, oil pan, new internal components, cylinder heads with rockers and pushrods, doweled oil pump gear, woodruff keyed camshaft, and a complete gasket kit for installation.
