This is a full running daily driver diesel crate engine designed for spirited daily driving, consumer-level towing, and everyday life. It features high-output performance rated for 500+ HP capability. The engine is remanufactured with extensive, precision machine work to correct OEM flaws. This includes CNC blueprint machining of the engine block, fully machined and enhanced cylinder heads, and a precision-balanced rotational assembly. Key features include upgraded pistons to address OEM weak piston issues, enhanced valves to prevent high-heat separation, and a complete drop-in ready package with new water pumps, thermostats, OE harmonic balancer, flywheel, turbocharger, and all necessary sensors. It also includes a CP4 to CP3 fuel pump conversion. This product carries a Prop 65 warning label.
