The “Daily Driver” model is specifically designed for spirited daily driving, consumer-level towing, and everyday life. It features high-output performance (rated for 500+ HP capability), a fully balanced rotating assembly, and upgraded pistons to address OEM flaws. The engine undergoes a CNC blueprint machining process for precision, ensuring perfect dimensions, precise tolerances, and optimal alignment. This includes decking the block surface, diamond honing cylinders, line honing main bearing bores, and boring cylinder bores. Components included are the cylinder block, crankshaft, steel connecting rods, camshaft, new pistons, new main bearings, new rod bearings, new cam bearings, main bolts, billet freeze plugs, new oil pump, upper oil pan, lower oil pan, gaskets and seals, rear main seal and housing, and front gear housing. The cylinder heads have oversize valve seats machined with increased press fit area to prevent fallout, and stamped gallery plugs are replaced with threaded plugs to prevent oil and coolant mixture. Blow-out-proof billet freeze plugs are securely bolted to the block to prevent blowouts.
