The SPELAB EGR Delete Kit is engineered for 2010–2025 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins Diesel engine. This kit addresses common issues such as soot buildup, high coolant temperatures, and decreased performance, making it an ideal solution for owners of various model years, including 2011, 2012, and 2019. By eliminating the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, this kit prevents hot, soot-laden exhaust gases from being recirculated back into the engine. This proactive measure helps avoid clogged EGR valves and coolers, reduces engine temperatures by removing the EGR cooler from the coolant flow, and minimizes overall soot accumulation. It fully replaces the EGR valve and cooler, requiring no additional parts. The exhaust manifold plates are also tapped for an EGT probe, offering enhanced monitoring capabilities. Detailed installation instructions are provided to assist mechanically inclined users. SPELAB confirms verified fitment for all 2010–2025 Ram 2500 and 3500 models with the 6.7L Diesel engine. Note that the EGT sensor configuration differs between the 2013-2018 and 2019+ model years, and compatible variants are available.
