6.7L Cummins EGR Delete Kit

The Spelab EGR Delete Kit is engineered for off-road 2009-2025 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. This kit actively eliminates the factory EGR system, which is known for restrictive soot buildup, thereby improving coolant routing, reducing overall engine heat, and supporting optimized diesel performance. Unlike basic kits that merely block off the EGR, Spelab's system reroutes coolant to the hottest parts of the engine between cylinders #5 and #6 for precision temperature management. Constructed with durability in mind, the kit includes high-temperature silicone coolant hoses, a precisely CNC-machined aluminum intake blocker plate, and heavy-duty 304 stainless steel flanges for exceptional corrosion resistance. The kit also features an integrated DDC base pipe bracket that mounts directly to the engine, simplifying installation by eliminating the need for exhaust studs. A complete hardware kit with all necessary gaskets, spacers, and billet fittings is provided. Installation of this EGR delete kit requires the use of an EGR upgrade-capable programmer or tuner to prevent check engine lights and ensure proper system function. Please note that this kit is intended for off-road, race, competition, agricultural, or industrial use only, as it bypasses factory emissions components and may affect emissions compliance, diagnostics, registration, inspection eligibility, or warranty coverage.
