These injectors offer an approximately 60hp increase, representing a 33% over stock performance. Each injector features a new Bosch nozzle and control valve and is precision calibrated to a flow tolerance of +/-2% versus the OEM.

The BD Diesel 1715870 performance injector is engineered to upgrade the fuel system of 2007.5-2018 Dodge RAM 2500/3500 models equipped with the 6.7L Cummins engine. This Stage 1 injector provides a significant power boost, delivering an approximate 60 horsepower increase, which equates to a 33% over stock performance. Each injector is meticulously assembled using OE procedures and receives a new Bosch nozzle and control valve. They are manufactured by Bosch-trained technicians and are precision calibrated to a flow tolerance of +/-2%, significantly tighter than the OEM's +/-5%. The OE quality nozzles are extrude honed for optimal performance. All injectors are tested and validated on a Bosch 815 test bench under more than 8 operating conditions to ensure perfect operation. These injectors are sold individually. Please note that this product is not for sale on licensed California vehicles. Installation time is estimated at 4 hours and 30 minutes. BD Diesel provides a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing and material defects, excluding cracks caused by high fuel pressure and high return flow after 12 months on performance injectors.
