The Ford BC3Z-6K775-B is a genuine OEM engine charge air cooler assembly, also commonly referred to as an intercooler. This component plays a crucial role in the performance of turbocharged engines by cooling the compressed intake air before it enters the combustion chambers. By reducing the air temperature, the intercooler increases air density, which allows for more efficient combustion and can lead to improved power output and reduced exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). This intercooler is a direct replacement part, designed to install seamlessly into the factory location for the 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty models equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engine.
