Description

The MPP 6.7L Intercooler Piping Kit is engineered to optimize airflow and boost response for the 6.7L Power Stroke platform. Constructed from premium materials, the system features 6061 aluminum intake manifolds with CNC-ported transitions and 304 stainless steel piping for high-temperature durability. The assembly utilizes 5-ply silicone hoses and 304 stainless steel dual-bead clamps for secure, leak-free connections. Designed for a direct fit without requiring cab removal, the system integrates essential sensor mounting points and includes a 4-inch dry air filter for superior filtration. Installation requires specific prerequisites: users must have an Engine Crankcase Vent (EVK) re-route system installed. Additionally, if the vehicle is equipped with a factory turbocharger, the purchase of separate hot-side boots is required to ensure proper fitment with the provided clamps. Please note that MPP does not provide or source ECM calibrations needed for this system. Compatibility varies by model year, turbo configuration, and output tier, covering 2011-2014, 2015-2016, 2017-2019, 2020-2022, and 2023-2026 variants. Specific fitments include support for stock turbos, budget VGT setups, and 2023-2026 High Output (HO) configurations, which include a dedicated turbo coolant line kit. Consult the manufacturer guidelines to verify the correct application for your specific turbo and battery location setup.
