Overview

The SPE Motorsport intake piping kit is a performance upgrade designed for Ford F-Series 6.7L Powerstroke vehicles from 2011 to 2026. This kit replaces the OEM intercooler and intake piping with polished 3.5" aluminum cold side piping and a cast aluminum 3" Y-manifold. It features a welded billet IAT bung for utilizing the factory sensor and comes with 5-ply silicone couplers, T-bolt clamps, and hardware.

The SPE Motorsport Intake Piping Kit is engineered to replace the inferior OEM intercooler and intake piping on 2011-2026 Ford F-Series 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. This kit features a polished 3.5-inch aluminum cold side pipe paired with a true 3-inch cast aluminum Y-manifold. A unique feature is the welded billet IAT bung, allowing you to retain and utilize your factory intake air temperature sensor for accurate data logging. It also retains the CCV system, though the CCV filter itself is not included. Constructed with robust materials, the kit includes 5-ply silicone couplers and T-bolt clamps for secure connections. The cast aluminum intake manifold boasts a substantial 3-inch internal diameter and features injectable bosses that can be drilled for various auxiliary systems such as water-methanol injection, nitrous oxide, propane, or EGR modifications. SPE Motorsport offers various options for turbo type and Cab & Chassis configurations to ensure optimal compatibility. Specific options are available for 2017+ and 2011-2016 stock cab & chassis models, as well as different factory and aftermarket turbocharger setups. It is important to note that clearances can vary based on the specific turbo kit installed. If you plan to change turbochargers in the future, you may need to purchase an appropriate Lower Air Intake Adapter to match the new turbo.
