6.7L Powerstroke Intercooler Piping Kit

The MPD 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler piping kit (PN MPD-67-PSD-PIPING) by Maryland Performance Diesel is a comprehensive 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminum charge pipe and air intake system designed for 2011-2026 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks. Developed in CAD and CNC machined in-house using USA-sourced materials, this kit offers enhanced airflow for sharper throttle response and improved EGT support. The construction features include 6061 CNC ported and matched intake manifold flanges with OEM o-rings, a 6061 machined intake plenum for even air distribution, 6061 3-inch mandrel-bent runners, and a 304 SS 4-inch air intake with an integrated MAF flange. The intercooler pipes are made of 304 SS 3-inch tubing, and connections are secured with 5-ply silicone hoses and 304 SS dual-bead clamps. The kit also includes 304 SS hardware and a laser-cut dipstick bracket. This kit requires custom tuning for EGR deletion and is not compatible with stock-tuned trucks or those retaining the factory EGR system. It cannot be shipped to California or Colorado addresses. Additional requirements include the use of an EVK (engine crankcase vent re-route system), and hot side boots must be ordered separately if running a factory turbocharger. Specific versions are available based on your turbo setup and air filter location, not solely by model year. Optional add-ons include a pre-filter for the air filter to prolong its life and a bung for an IAT/CAC sensor. Various powder coat finishes are available, with lead times adding approximately three weeks for these custom options. Powder coated kits are non-returnable and non-cancelable once in process. The kit comes with a lifetime warranty on MPD-manufactured components against defects in material or craftsmanship.
