The Clarion FX450 is a 2-DIN multimedia receiver designed to integrate your smartphone seamlessly into your driving experience. It offers robust compatibility with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing you to access navigation, music, messaging, and more through its large 6.8-inch high-definition WVGA capacitive touchscreen. The interface is intuitive, with a clean design and clearly visible menu icons for easy operation. Connectivity is a strong point for the FX450, featuring built-in Bluetooth for hands-free communication and wireless audio streaming. A supplied external microphone ensures clear calls. Additionally, rear USB ports support playback of various audio (MP3, WMA) and video (MPEG) files, with convenient display of album art and artist information. Digital Time Alignment technology is included to optimize sound imaging within the car cabin for an enhanced listening experience. For added safety and convenience, the FX450 supports rear vision cameras, offering a wide-angle view to help eliminate blind spots and improve visibility. It is also Steering Wheel Remote Ready, allowing for continued use of your vehicle's original steering wheel controls with the purchase of optional interfaces. A noteworthy exclusion is that this unit does not play CDs.
