6-Inch 4-Link Conversion Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered for 2019-2024 RAM 2500 4WD diesel trucks, offering a 4-Link conversion to enhance suspension geometry, strength, and stability. This system is designed to improve your truck's stance, performance, and off-road capability, while providing ample clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The front of the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs and 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, along with a forged drop pitman arm for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and choice of NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks. To accommodate the lift and maintain proper driveline angles, the kit includes an indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember, allowing the use of the factory front driveshaft. The rear of the suspension system includes progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket to center the axle, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of NX2 or FOX shocks. The 4-Link conversion replaces the factory radius arms with high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and HD upper and lower control arms. This upgrade corrects axle positioning and limits caster change through suspension travel, contributing to improved handling. Options for shock upgrades include the nitrogen-charged NX2 Nitro Series, the internal floating piston (IFP) monotube FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or the external reservoir FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment for enhanced off-road performance.
