6-Inch 4-Link Conversion Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs

The BDS Suspension 6-inch 4-Link lift kit is engineered to significantly enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2017-2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. This comprehensive system provides clearance for up to 38-inch tires, allowing for aggressive wheel and tire fitments. Up front, the kit incorporates FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, which offer advanced on-road comfort and off-road capability. These shocks feature remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling, along with DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjusters for precise tuning. The suspension geometry is optimized with a 4-Link control arm conversion, utilizing heavy-duty, high-strength steel brackets and control arms to correct axle positioning and maintain caster control throughout wheel travel. A forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket are included to correct steering angles for improved handling, and sway bar relocation and brake line brackets ensure proper component alignment. At this 6-inch lift height, driveline adjustments are crucial. BDS includes a precision-built transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs to clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied to provide adequate clearance. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block (5-inch) and longer U-bolts to achieve the desired lift while maintaining a level stance. Brake line brackets are also included for the rear. The kit comes with Eibach coil springs for the front, known for their smooth ride quality. This lift kit is specifically designed for Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel models from 2017-2019. It fits SRW (Single Rear Wheel) models only.
