6-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS596FS is a comprehensive 6-inch lift kit engineered for 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel trucks. This system converts the front suspension to a 4-link setup, optimizing geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. The kit is designed to improve your truck's stance, performance, and overall capability, while also providing ample clearance for tires up to 37 inches. Up front, the BDS596FS includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for a smooth and predictable ride, heavy-duty 4-link control arms, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for steering correction. It also incorporates sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes replacement GlideRide leaf springs with integrated overload leaf springs, u-bolts, and brake line brackets, complemented by a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks. The Pro-Ride Coil Springs are full-length and specifically tuned for diesel applications to ensure the correct lift height and ride quality across various terrains. The 4-Link Conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and heavy-duty control arms, which correct axle positioning and limit caster change during wheel travel. BDS Glide-Ride Leaf Springs feature a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design with exclusive triple-stage construction for a smooth ride under load, reduced axle wrap, and enhanced flexibility. Installation of this kit is rated as difficult and is estimated to take 8 hours. Specific notes indicate that a driveshaft alignment kit may be required if equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, and front driveline vibration is a rare but possible occurrence. Additionally, if the vehicle is equipped with a rear sway bar, part #123009 is required, and the included u-bolts are not compatible with dually models.
