6-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit w/ Pro-Ride Coil Springs

The BDS Suspension 6-inch 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered to significantly upgrade your 2019-2024 Ram 3500 diesel truck equipped with factory rear air ride. This comprehensive system is designed to improve overall stance, performance, and off-road capability, providing ample clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The 4-Link control arm conversion replaces the factory radius arms, optimizing suspension geometry for enhanced handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade utilizes high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets for mounting HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and minimizing caster change during wheel travel. The front end also includes a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket to correct steering angles and re-position the axle, respectively, along with sway bar relocation brackets for maintained handling performance. To accommodate the lift height and maintain proper driveline angles, this kit requires transfer case indexing. It includes a precision-built transfer-case indexing ring with ARP studs and a high-clearance transmission crossmember to clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle, allowing the use of factory driveshafts. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength steel lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, heavy-duty air bag spacers, and u-bolts. Customers can choose between two shock options: the NX2 Nitro Series, featuring a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage valving and dual-welded ends for strength, or the FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, boasting an aluminum body, internal floating piston monotube design, and application-specific valving. The indexing ring option also has two choices: a standard 6-bolt kit, or an 8-bolt kit for Ram 3500s with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission, which includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal. This kit is specifically designed for 2019-2024 4WD Ram 3500 diesel models equipped with factory rear air ride. It is noted that dually models with the 8-bolt Aisin transmission require the BDS122409 Def Relocation Kit. Trimming may be required for optimal tire fitment with recommended wheel and tire combinations.
