6 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Coilovers

The BDS 6-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered for 2019–2024 RAM 3500 4WD Diesel trucks, offering a substantial upgrade for both on-road and off-road performance. This comprehensive system replaces the factory suspension components with robust hardware, including heavy-duty BDS 4-Link arms designed to improve articulation and ground clearance. The front suspension benefits from a BDS Coilover Conversion Kit utilizing FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers for superior damping and control, complemented by FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks at the rear. This specific configuration includes a 5-inch block kit without rear overload springs and rubber bump stops for a direct replacement and protection of suspension components. It also features a 6-bolt indexing ring kit. The kit includes an adjustable front track bar to properly re-center the front axle after lifting and front sway bar correction for maintained handling. An optional FOX 2.0 Hydraulic Bump Stop upgrade is available for the front to enhance the management of large impacts. Installation is rated as difficult with an estimated time of 7-8 hours, requiring specialized tools such as a Chrysler ball joint separation tool, a cut-off wheel, and welding equipment. Important notes for fitment and operation include: this kit will not fit air ride equipped models and is exclusively for diesel models. An aftermarket front driveshaft is required due to increased wheel travel. Specific transmission types and cab configurations may necessitate additional components, such as a DEF Relocation Kit for dually or Mega Cab models with an 8-bolt Aisin transmission, or a Manual Transfer Case Shifter Extension for manual T-case equipped vehicles. A Carrier Bearing Drop may also be needed for trucks with a 2-piece rear drive shaft.
