6-Inch Coilover System w/ FOX 2.5 Elite Coilovers

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit offers enhanced performance and capability for Ford F150 4WD trucks (2015-2020). This system is built around high-clearance technology and features precision-tuned FOX 2.5 Performance Elite series coilovers. These coilovers provide optimal performance and are preset for the correct lift height, serving as a direct bolt-in replacement for factory struts. They boast a seamless aluminum body for heat dispersion, a hardened steel shaft, Eibach coil springs, and black anodized billet aluminum mounts with optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment technology. The DSC allows for 12 high-speed and 10 low-speed compression adjustment points, enabling on-trail tuning without tools. The kit incorporates 1/4-inch thick, laser-cut high-clearance crossmembers for maximum clearance and a robust mounting point for OE lower control arms. A high-strength differential skid plate adds protection to vital steering and driveline components. Replacement ductile iron steering knuckles maintain proper steering geometry for ESC system compatibility, connecting to the factory steering via heavy-duty tie rod ends. The front differential is repositioned using a multi-point relocation bracket system, and a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer is included. BDS-branded sway bar drop brackets correct the factory sway bar's operating angle, and a weld-in frame reinforcement plate adds strength. In the rear, a tall lift block and longer u-bolts replace the factory block to level the stance. BDS supplies brake line and ABS line brackets to retain factory brake lines. Rear damper capacity is enhanced with either FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series gas shocks or an upgrade to FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks with remote DSC reservoirs. All kits are finished in a durable textured black powder coat and include all necessary hardware and step-by-step installation instructions. The estimated installation time is 8-10 hours with a difficulty level of 4 out of 5. This system is designed to accommodate up to 37" x 12.50" tires with specific wheel backspacing; trimming may be required. This system WILL work on Diesel Models but will not fit HD models (7 lug).
