6-Inch Lift Coil Springs

The BDS Suspension coil springs are engineered to provide a custom tune for the spring rate and ride height on your 6-inch lifted 1973-1979 Ford F-150 or 1978-1979 Bronco 4WD. Constructed from high-tensile steel, these direct OE replacement springs feature properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability and longevity. The springs are treated with a polyester-based powder coat for flexibility and durability, and are preset with hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue and prevent sagging. Additionally, they undergo a shot peening process to increase tensile strength for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing spring life. The coils are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 steel to ensure long life. These BDS coil springs are intended to improve off-road performance. The lift height provided by these springs is 6 inches. Fitment is specifically for the 1973-1979 Ford F-100, 1973-1979 Ford F-150, 1978-1979 Ford Bronco, and 1979 Ford Bronco.
