6 Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2017-2019 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel trucks equipped with 4WD. This kit converts the factory radius arms to a BDS 4-link system, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, stability, and strength. The bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength steel brackets and HD control arms to correct axle positioning and maintain caster control. For rear lift, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated 5-inch block. This system is designed to accommodate up to 38-inch diameter tires, though minor trimming may be required for 38 x 13.50 tires. Driveline adjustments are necessary at this height; a precision-built transfer-case indexing ring is included to improve the front driveline operating angle, along with a high-clearance transmission crossmember. This kit comes with your choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. Important considerations include: a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required if equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft; order the correct rear leaf spring pack option if your vehicle has a 2-leaf or 3-leaf main pack; the transfer case indexing ring is not compatible with 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission; modification of the shift cable mount will be required for manual transfer case models; and if your truck has a factory rear sway bar, kit 123005 may be needed. Installation is rated as Difficult with an estimated time of 8-10 hours, requiring specialty tools like a 30mm socket, drill bit set, and pitman arm puller.
