6-Inch Lift Kit

Elevate your 2015-2020 Ford F150 4WD with this 6-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension. Engineered to enhance your truck's stance, performance, and off-road capability, this comprehensive system allows for the fitment of up to 37-inch tires. The front suspension benefits from high-arched, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, and a robust skid plate for undercarriage protection. Massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry at the increased ride height, ensuring proper function and compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. In the rear, the kit utilizes fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts to achieve a level stance. Buyers can choose between standard NX2 Nitro Series shocks, featuring a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, or an upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for maximum on- and off-road performance. The FOX shocks offer an aluminum body, IFP monotube design, and application-specific valving. Installation requires significant effort, with an estimated 10-hour installation time and the need for tools like a cutoff saw. Specific notes for installation include the requirement for 18-inch or larger diameter wheels; stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled, though stock 20-inch wheels may work with up to 305/60-20 tires. An e-brake bracket is necessary for factory power steps (part #123018). Additionally, models equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406. This kit will not fit HD models with 7-lug wheels.
