6 Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6 Inch Lift Kit is engineered to elevate the performance and capability of 2021-2026 Ford F150 4WD trucks. This comprehensive system is designed to improve stance, enhance off-road performance, and provide clearance for tires up to 37 inches. Its high-clearance design maximizes ground clearance and offers robust strength and protection, while meticulously correcting suspension and steering geometry for superior on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit incorporates 1/4-inch thick high-arched steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, and multi-piece differential relocation brackets with an integrated skid plate for enhanced off-road protection. Massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry at the elevated ride height, ensuring proper function and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) compatibility. The rear of the suspension system features high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the truck's stance. Buyers can choose between standard NX2 Nitro shocks or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for tailored damping performance. The kit also includes sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. It is compatible with Ford BlueCruise and utilizes either 4-inch or 5-inch rear block kits to achieve the desired stance. The kit requires 18-inch or larger diameter wheels, and stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled; stock 20-inch wheels can be used with specific tire sizes. Important notes for installation and compatibility: Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft will require a carrier bearing shim kit (not included). Crash bars may need modification depending on wheel and tire selection, and users are responsible for ensuring any modifications maintain vehicle safety. This lift kit does NOT fit diesel models and will not work with Tremor or CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping) models. The system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise. Trucks with a 2-piece driveshaft may be subject to a Ford safety recall (21S25) which BDS recommends addressing before lift installation.
