6-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit enhances the performance and capability of 2019-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Diesel trucks. This kit is engineered to improve the vehicle's stance and provide the necessary clearance for fitting up to 35-inch tires, with recommended wheel and tire specifications of 35x12.5 tires with 20x9 wheels and 6.25-inch backspace. The front suspension is upgraded with high-clearance, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers that maximize ground clearance, paired with a robust HD skid plate system for superior off-road protection. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected using high-strength, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, which maintain proper steering angles and ensure compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. The kit includes top-mounted strut spacers, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock component to level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. The rear also receives new u-bolts and brake line brackets. Buyers can choose between precision-tuned NX2 Nitro Series shocks or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for the rear, with strut spacer or FOX 2.0 Performance Series options available for the front. This kit includes high-strength replacement upper control arms for enhanced durability and serviceability, as well as multipoint differential relocation brackets to secure the front axle and optimize CV angles. Additionally, the Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty is included with this kit. Important fitment notes: This kit will not fit models equipped with ARC. Requires frame bracket modification. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels may not fit.
