6-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate your 2014-2018 Ram 2500 diesel 4WD truck, enhancing its stance, performance, and off-road capability. This comprehensive kit provides the necessary components to accommodate up to 37-inch tires. It replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with high-strength tubular radius arms that offer caster adjustment and utilize OE-style rubber bushings for quiet operation. Steering geometry is optimized with a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep the front axle centered through suspension travel. In the rear, the lift kit incorporates progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, track bar relocation brackets to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. To address driveline angles at this height, the kit includes an indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember, allowing for the use of factory front driveshafts. This kit offers a choice of shock options, including FOX 2.5 Performance Elite and FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP gas shocks, designed to improve ride quality and off-road performance. Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 37x12.5 tires with 17x8 wheels (5.625" backspace) or 18x9 wheels (4.5" backspace), as well as 35x12.5 tires with 17x9 wheels (4.5" backspace). Trimming may be required.
