6 Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6 Inch Lift Kit is engineered to elevate the performance and aesthetics of your 2025-2026 Ram 1500 4WD. The system aims to improve the truck's stance, performance, and overall capability, offering clearance for up to 37-inch tires. BDS's signature high-clearance design is incorporated to enhance ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection. The front suspension features FOX coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for robust off-road protection. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and CV spacers. In the rear, the kit includes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, upper control arm relocation brackets for pinion angle correction, a track bar relocation bracket for axle positioning, and bump stop extensions. The rear suspension is complemented by FOX 2.5 Performance Elite or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks for enhanced damping performance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks feature a 2.5-inch diameter, remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling, and a DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster allowing for precise tuning across 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. The kit also includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty. Note that RAM trucks with factory 22-inch wheels may require larger bore knuckles due to a larger wheel bearing assembly (reference build code WPM or WPZ).
