The BDS Suspension 6" Radius Arm Lift Kit is engineered to deliver exceptional performance, strength, and capability for RAM 3500 trucks. At the front, the kit features a coilover conversion utilizing FOX Performance Elite coilovers, offering advanced control, superior ride comfort, and precise damping for both on-road and off-road driving. The rear is equipped with FOX Performance Elite shocks to maintain smooth and controlled performance over challenging terrain. For those seeking to push their limits further, optional FOX 2.0 hydraulic bump stops are available for the front, providing an additional layer of impact absorption for hard hits and heavy landings. Key features include FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover mounts, FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks, and optional auxiliary front shock absorbers. Front sway bar correction is also included to maintain optimal handling performance. The kit comes standard with a 6-bolt indexing ring, with an optional 8-bolt indexing ring available for specific transmissions. Important installation notes and compatibility considerations apply: this kit will not fit air-ride equipped models and is exclusively for diesel models. An aftermarket front drive shaft is mandatory due to increased wheel travel, and a carrier bearing drop is required for models with a two-piece rear drive shaft. Some vehicles may also require the BDS122007 rear driveshaft spacer kit for adequate engagement. Installation is rated as difficult, with an estimated time of 7-8 hours, and requires specialty tools including a ball joint separator, cut-off wheel, plasma cutter, and welding equipment.
