6 Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6 Inch Lift Kit is engineered to elevate the performance and aesthetics of your 2009-2013 Ford F-150 2WD. This system provides a balanced approach to upgrading your truck's suspension, offering enhanced durability and value. It incorporates front strut spacers to maintain your factory struts while achieving the desired lift. For the rear, you can choose between BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks for daily comfort or FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP rear shocks for improved off-road capability and heat dissipation. This lift kit offers flexibility in setting your truck's stance with options for 3-inch or 4-inch rear blocks, allowing for a leveled look or a slightly taller rear profile for towing and hauling. The system is designed to accommodate up to 37-inch tires, transforming your F-150 into a more capable and aggressive machine without compromising ride quality. Constructed from high-strength, 1/4" steel, the crossmembers are designed to correct lower control arm geometry, while CNC machined steering knuckles enhance strength and correct steering angles. The lift system also does not alter the vehicle's front track width, and includes a heavy-duty differential skid plate for added off-road protection. Important notes for installation include: this kit will not fit Raptor models or 7-lug applications. If your vehicle is equipped with factory power steps, an E-Brake Relocation Bracket will be required and must be added during configuration. Models with a 1-piece rear driveshaft may require a rear driveshaft spacer kit to ensure sufficient spline engagement, and those with a two-piece rear driveshaft may need a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce driveline angles and vibrations. Installation is rated as difficult, with an estimated time of 8-10 hours and requiring specialty tools like a cut-off wheel and Pitman arm puller.
