6-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of your 2015-2019 Chevy Suburban, Tahoe, or GMC Yukon 1500 4WD. This comprehensive kit offers clearance for up to 35-inch tires and incorporates BDS's proven high-clearance design to significantly improve ground clearance, overall strength, and off-road protection while meticulously correcting suspension and steering geometry for superior on-road handling. In the front, the system utilizes full-length replacement strut shocks, robust 1/4-inch-thick high-arched steel crossmembers, a multi-piece differential relocation bracket, and substantial heavy-duty skid plates for essential off-road protection. Steering geometry is precisely maintained at the new ride height through the use of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, which work with factory tie rod ends to ensure proper steering angles, maintaining ESC system compatibility. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. It also includes anti-sway bar links, a track bar relocation system, and adjustable upper control arms that allow for proper pinion angle adjustment. For damping, the rear is equipped with precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, designed to enhance both ride and off-road performance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks, when selected, offer increased travel and the ability to handle rough terrain, featuring DSC (dual speed compression) adjusters for versatile tuning. *Important Fitment Note*: GM produced various knuckle/control arm configurations in 2014-2018 models. This kit requires verification of your vehicle's factory control arm type. Models equipped with Cast Steel control arms require the "Cast Steel Control Arm" kit, while models with Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arms require the "Aluminum Control Arm" kit. Ensure you confirm your vehicle's configuration before ordering. Additionally, this kit is not compatible with GM's Auto Leveling rear shocks or Autoride suspension systems.
