The Rough Country 6-Inch Lift Kit is engineered to transform the look and capability of your 2009-2010 Ford F-150 4WD. This kit delivers a bold, leveled stance, significantly increasing ground clearance for rugged off-road performance and allowing for the fitment of up to 35-inch tires. Experience a smooth, confident ride with enhanced control whether you're on the highway or tackling backcountry trails. Built for strength and stability, this kit includes heavy-duty lifted knuckles and your choice of lifted struts or durable strut spacers. To ensure proper suspension geometry and maintain factory-like angles, it incorporates differential and sway-bar drop brackets, brake line extensions, and a driveshaft spacer. The massive 1/4-inch thick front and rear crossmembers offer uncompromised strength. At the rear, Rough Country's 4.5-inch fabricated blocks are designed for superior strength and longevity compared to traditional cast versions. These specially engineered anti-axle wrap blocks eliminate common lift-related issues while preserving stock ride comfort. The kit comes standard with Rough Country's premium N3 shocks, featuring 10-stage variable valving and nitrogen-charged construction for a fusion of off-road capability and on-road comfort. This kit is fully configurable with other Rough Country shock and strut options, including the Vertex reservoir upgrade. Installation requires minor cutting and drilling. This lift kit is specifically designed for the 2009-2010 Ford F-150 4WD. It does NOT fit Raptor models due to their long-travel suspension and Fox Racing Shox. Additionally, it is NOT compatible with models equipped with the Heavy Duty Payload Package (seven-lug models).
