6-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the performance, capability, and stance of 2019-2024 4WD Ram 1500 trucks, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. This comprehensive system employs a high-clearance design to boost ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while meticulously correcting suspension and steering geometry for superior on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit integrates top-mounted strut spacers and robust, 1/4-inch thick, high-arched crossmembers that form a rigid subframe with a bolt-on front skid plate system for enhanced underbody protection. Multi-piece differential relocation brackets ensure secure axle placement and improved CV angles. Steering geometry is precisely adjusted using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, preserving the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system's functionality. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and CV spacers. The rear of the suspension system features progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs for optimal load-carrying capacity and ride quality. Rear upper control arm relocation brackets are included to correct pinion angle, alongside a track bar relocation bracket for precise axle positioning. Bump stop extensions and sway bar links complete the rear setup. Customers can select either the specially tuned NX2 Nitro Series gas shocks or the FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks for tailored damping performance. This lift kit is exclusively for 4WD models. It is not compatible with models equipped with adjustable 'air ride' suspension or diesel engines. RAM trucks with factory 22-inch wheels will require larger bore knuckles due to a different wheel bearing assembly (reference build code WPM or WPZ). Installing this kit on Rebel or trucks with the 'off-road group package' may result in a slight front-high or nose-low stance depending on preload spacer installation. Stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference, while stock 20-inch wheels may be reinstalled with factory tire sizes. This kit will not fit 2019-2022 RAM 1500 Classic models or models equipped with the Thermal Axle option. If using 18-inch wheels with maximum recommended backspacing, a test fit before mounting tires is advised to ensure clearance.
