6-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate your 1999-2004 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty truck. This comprehensive leaf spring suspension system is designed to enhance your vehicle's stance, performance, and overall capability, while providing ample clearance for tires up to 36 inches in diameter. Up front, the kit features Glide-Ride leaf springs, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for steering correction. It also includes sway bar links, bump stop brackets, and is paired with precision-tuned NX2 or FOX nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength lift block and longer u-bolts, along with a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks. Optional replacement full leaf spring packs are available for an improved ride experience, both on and off-road. Fitment details for the Ford F-350 include: 5.4L V8 (2001-2004), 6.0L V8 Power-Stroke (2003-2004), 6.8L V10 (2001-2004), and 7.3L V8 Power-Stroke (2001-2003). It's important to note that vehicles from 1999-2000 typically have square front U-bolts, while 2001-2004 models usually have radiused front U-bolts, though variations exist. Vehicles manufactured prior to February 28, 1999, may require a different kit due to a change in the factory track bar.
