6-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2014-2018 4WD Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models, providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. This system leverages BDS's high-clearance design to maximize ground clearance and offer robust off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for improved on-road handling. The front of the kit features full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is precisely corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) compatibility. Additional components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. For the rear, customers can choose between a 5-inch lift block kit, which replaces the factory block and maintains ride quality and load capacity, or a full set of Glide-Ride leaf springs designed to reduce axle wrap and provide a more controlled feel. Both rear options are accompanied by new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. **Important Fitment Notes:** This kit requires verification of your vehicle's factory control arm type, as GM produced different configurations (Cast Steel vs. Aluminum/Stamped Steel) for these model years. All wheel drive models require drive line modification. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference. This kit will not fit models equipped with MagneRide magnetic ride control.
