The Rough Country 578.20 is a 6-inch 4-Link Suspension Lift Kit for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (Gas, 4WD) from 2005-2007. It increases ground clearance and levels the front with the rear of the vehicle, including front lifted coil springs, fixed upper control arms, adjustable lower control arms, rear 3-inch lift blocks, and front and rear Rough Country Premium N2.0 series shocks.
