The Rough Country 6-inch Coilover conversion suspension lift kit 55459 for Diesel engine Ford F-250, F-350 Super Duty with 4.0 inch axle. Features front Vertex coilovers, radius arms with rear fabricated lift blocks, and Vertex adjustable shocks. Designed for models with factory rear overload springs. Nitrogen-charged monotube shock absorbers with external reservoirs reduce shock fade.
