6-Inch Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-overs

The BDS Suspension 6-inch suspension lift kit is engineered to significantly upgrade the stance, performance, and capability of 2019-2024 4WD Ram 1500 trucks. This comprehensive kit incorporates proprietary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-over shocks, designed for bolt-on installation, increased travel, and superior absorption of rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road manners. Clearance is provided for up to 37-inch tires, expanding the vehicle's off-road potential. This system leverages BDS's proven high-clearance design, featuring 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers and a robust skid plate system for enhanced ground clearance and off-road protection. Suspension and steering geometry are meticulously corrected for optimal on-road handling, with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends ensuring compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. The front assembly also includes differential relocation brackets, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and CV spacers. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, rear upper control arm relocation brackets to adjust pinion angle, a track bar relocation bracket for axle centering, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. It is complemented by FOX 2.0 IFP performance-series gas shocks for improved damper performance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer further enhancements with a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity, DSC adjusters for precise tuning (10 low-speed, 12 high-speed compression levels), and a black anodized aluminum reservoir for efficient cooling. Important fitment notes apply: this kit is designed exclusively for 4WD models and will NOT work on diesel models or vehicles equipped with adjustable air ride suspension or the Thermal Axle option. RAMs with factory 22-inch wheels may require larger bore knuckles. Vehicles equipped with the Offroad or Rebel Package will see a reduced lift height of approximately 5 inches above stock. Furthermore, stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference, while stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled with the factory tire size. This kit will also NOT fit 2019-2024 RAM 1500 Classic models.
