6-Inch Lift Kit w/ Magneride Correction

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of 2015-2019 4WD Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, and GMC Yukon 1500 models specifically equipped with the Magneride suspension system. This comprehensive kit is designed to accommodate tires up to 35 inches in diameter, offering significant clearance for off-road adventures. The front of the suspension system features a high-clearance design with a top-mounted strut spacer, robust 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, and multi-piece differential relocation brackets for improved ground clearance and strength. Heavy-duty skid plates provide essential off-road protection. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected at the increased ride height by CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function and compatibility with the factory Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. CV spacers and sway bar drops are also included. A track bar relocation system and adjustable upper control arms are provided to precisely adjust pinion angle. The kit also includes brackets for relocating rear sensors and rear shock extensions to retain the factory electronic dampers, specifically the Magneride shocks. Installation requires frame bracket modification and welding. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod interference; 20-inch wheels with 5 to 5-3/4 inch backspacing are recommended to minimize trimming. AWD models may require front driveline modification. It is crucial to verify the factory control arm type (Cast Steel vs. Aluminum/Stamped Steel) as different kits are required for each configuration. A professional alignment is recommended after installation.
