6-Inch Lift Kit with 4-Link Conversion

The BDS Suspension BDS1690FPE is a comprehensive 6-inch suspension lift kit engineered for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 diesel models, designed to elevate your truck's stance, performance, and off-road capability while allowing fitment of up to 37-inch tires. This kit features a 4-Link conversion system, replacing the factory radius arms with heavy-duty, high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and HD upper and lower control arms. This conversion optimizes suspension geometry for improved handling, enhanced strength, and stability, while effectively correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change. The front suspension is further enhanced with diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs to deliver a smooth and predictable ride across various terrains. Steering correction is addressed through a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain proper alignment and recenter the front axle. For elevated performance and ride quality, the kit includes precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks for the front. The rear suspension utilizes a high-strength steel lift block and longer u-bolts, complemented by matching NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. To accommodate the significant lift, a transfer case indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember are supplied. This ensures proper alignment and allows for the use of the factory front driveshaft. The kit is specifically designed for Ram 3500 diesel models from 2019 through 2024.
