6-Inch Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Shocks

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2003-2007 Dodge RAM 2500 and 3500 4WD diesel trucks. It provides ample clearance for up to 36-inch tires, allowing for aggressive off-road use. The package also includes longer lower control arms to correct axle rotation for proper alignment, a relocation mounting bracket to optimize upper control arm angle, a forged drop pitman arm to correct steering angles, and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain steering geometry and recenter the front axle. The rear of the truck receives a 4-inch lift via heavy-duty cast iron blocks and longer u-bolts. The kit is equipped with FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP monotube shocks, featuring a 2-inch extruded aluminum body, a 5/8-inch hard chrome plated alloy steel shaft, and application-specific valving for maximized performance. Potential fitment considerations include measuring the rear axle tube before ordering, as some models may require a specific u-bolt kit. Exhaust modification is required for dual rear shock kits on 6.7L Diesel models. Additionally, if the steering gear box has been changed and the sector shaft diameter measures approximately 1-1/2 to 1-5/8 inches, part # BDS082404 will be needed. Optional transfer case drop kits are available for automatic transmission models.
